This is a modern rubber-cork mix for a bettergasket ,
You should only tighten the valve cover to 20-25 lbs (27-34 Nm).
If the tightening torque is too high, thegasket ing material will be pushed out.
Insert thegasket with a liquidgasket ant e.g. Reinzosil
