If your roller bearing is loose on the axle housing, you can repair it by

by twisting off your old housing and pressing on this new race.

Our tip:

Measure the diameter of the bearing race on your rear axle

The outer diameter of the repair sleeve is 50.35 mm

Installation instructions:

To use this repair ring you will need to have the end of your axle housing twisted down.

The axle housing needs to be about 1-1/2" thousand larger than the inside diameter of this sleeve for a good interference fit

(0.025 to 0.038mm)

When pressing the sleeve onto the axle housing, start with the end of the sleeve first,

which has a taper on the inner diameter

Tip!

Place your axle housing in the freezer for about an hour to make it easier to put the sleeve on.

We also recommend coating the inner diameter of the repair sleeve with some Loc-Tite adhesive
