Ford Model A 1928-1931
Description
These reproduction breakers from Snyder's, which have been manufactured since around 2017,
are unfortunately done incorrectly and the manufacturer refuses to correct the problem.
The problem is that the distance from the pivot point to the contact is longer than it should be.
This should be 1.210" (30.7mm) center to center.
The current A-12199-SN reproduction contacts are approximately 1.248". (31.7mm)
This switch block has been designed in the way it attaches to the top plate.
changed to compensate for the difference in length
and to ensure correct alignment of the contacts.
