This is a polished stainless steel bumper for 1930-1931.
The front of the bumper and edges are polished, the back is not polished.
Bumpers are 60" (152.4 cm) long. Bumpers were originally chrome plated steel, but no one currently makes them
All you get here is the 2 rods,
