Strainer for tank outlet on fuel tap
Ford Model A 1928-1931
Description
This small sieve presses into the fuel shut-off valve,
where it goes into the fuel tank and prevents dirt and rust from being picked up from the bottom of the tank
The insertion tube has 2 different diameters approx. 6.45mm and 6.75mm
A useful addition to your fuel supply system.
Important:
It is installed on the tank side of the fuel tap so that the strainer protrudes into the tank
Insert the strainer into the hole and press down slightly.
Grab the brass end with a pair of pliers and tap it down with the pliers until it seats snugly.
The cone fits the hexagonal hole on the new fuel tap A-9189-AX
