Installation instructions:

Place the tool (small tube) in a vise

Attach the roller plate to the base plate with a 1/4" x 1/2" bolt and nut

Place a rivet, small head facing down, into the tool in the vise

The purpose of this tool is to prevent you from damaging the small head of the rivet when swaging the other end

Place the backing plate over the rivet located in the tool so that the end of the rivet goes through the rail and the backing plate

Heat the rivet red, then hammer the outer edge of the red-hot rivet in a circular direction until the rivet is firmly seated on the mounting plate

Remove the temporary 1/4-inch bolt and repeat the riveting process.
