This is a neoprene impregnated polyester flat belt,

with a nominal size of 27" (685mm long) measured with a V-belt measuring device

which was originally used on 1921-1925 T's,

that were not powered by an aftermarket water pump.

Our tip:

Measure your length around the pulleys using a piece of string or a tape measure.
