Originally installed from 19019 to 1927 (but fits all years from 1909 to 1927)

Solenoid coil assembly, rebuilt, single stack, for vehicles with starter.

These coils have all new copper tape (not just rewound). Width 3/16"

The copper is insulated with "short circuit proof" polyester foil tape that is good up to 600 degrees and is oil proof. The coils are then wrapped with silk ribbon.

Finally, the entire solenoid coil is dipped in an insulating solution and baked to harden the surface, which prevents

that additives in the oil damage the coil.

This coil has a notch on the outside diameter for the starter.
