Speedometer drive complete for vehicles with 3.54:1 high speed ratio
Ford Model-A 1928 to mid-1930 with 21" wheels
This is the complete speedometer drive with 18 teeth and key connection
and fits vehicles with an oval speedometer
with the high speed ratio on the rear axle 3.54:1 (39-11 teeth)
This drive unit is bolted to the bottom of the cardan tube
Notice :
The matching speedometer cable has the part number A-17260-AU
This speedometer cable has a key connection at the bottom of the gearbox and a square at the top of the speedometer
Annotation:
In some early speedometer drives with the deep hole, a small spacer must be inserted,
otherwise the speedometer cable will slip back and slide out of the top of the speedometer.
