This is the Oversized version with a diameter of 0.294".
The shaft is made of brass, the lever is galvanized

The carburettor must be drilled out to accommodate it
Technical note:
When this shaft is worn out,
This can cause your engine to no longer idle properly.
It is important that the shaft fits well into the carburettor.
