If your steering balls are worn out, you should replace them.
Worn balls cause quite a bit of resistance in the steering!
For this type of ball, you simply cut off the old ball,
drill a hole and push the new ball bolt in and weld it
You need 4 pieces per vehicle

or contact a professional welder
