T-2531-BT Removal kit for roll pins

This kit allows you to safely remove the T-2531-B roll pins from the differential case and axle housings.

In many cases, the pins are worn out and are no longer easy to see. If this is the case with your T, take a wire brush to the

Wire brush on the housings where the pins go and you will see the outline of the pins.

1. Once you have found the pins, take a sharp center punch and center the pin.

2. Drill through the old pin with the included #21 drill bit.

3. Cut the hole with the included 10/32" tap.

4. Bolt one of the included bolts into the pen.

5. Lightly hit the bolt with a hammer

and pull the bolt with a crowbar or pliers,

like removing a nail from a piece of wood.

The old dowels will come right out
