This water pump repair kit contains:

A-8554 flat bearing washers

A-8542 bearing felt

A-8540-A washers,

A-8535 front bearing sleeve

A-8530 front bearing

A-8513-A Pressure washer

A-8512-ZRgasket ed rear galvanized cartridge

A-8510-SSL long stainless steel shaft

A-8501-IM cut impeller

A-8507 Pump mounting gasket

A-8510-MS fan mounting kit

Installation instructions:

Measure the inside diameter of your pump where the rear bushing goes in.

It must be 1.015/1.016" (25.78 to 25.806mm) to use this kit.

Important:

This repair kit has a longer stainless steel shaft with a pump wheel already pressed on

This shaft is 1/4" longer than the stock shaft,

to compensate for wear in the cylinder head, where the shaft sits.

The rear end of the shaft must be ground off

to compensate for wear in your engine.

Notice :

the rear galvanized cartridge was used from 1930-1931

but fits all years of construction
