These are 4-1/2" wide heavy duty rubber bands designed for wood spoke rims
They significantly extend the lifespan of your hoses and prevent them from getting pinched during assembly
and protect the tube from rubbing on the rim and assembly tools
Fits all 23" diameter rims with 30x3-1/2" tires from 1909-1925
